Safety is Our Priority
Your well-being is our top concern. We provide high-quality, Coast Guard-approved lifejackets for all passengers, and Captain Carter will provide a brief safety orientation before we leave the dock. We ask that all guests follow the captain’s instructions at all times to ensure a smooth trip for everyone. For families, please note that children are our most precious cargo; we ensure they have properly fitted vests and remain safe throughout our Lake Erie adventure.
Booking Policies
Reserving your spot on the boat is easy—we just need a small deposit to lock in your date. This deposit confirms your booking and goes directly toward the total cost of your trip. Once everything is set, we’ll reach out with a friendly email containing all the essentials: where to meet at the marina, what time to arrive, and a few final tips for your day on the water. We want you to feel fully prepared and confident long before you step on board.
If life gets in the way and you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before your trip for a full refund of your deposit. Safety is always our first priority on Lake Erie; if Captain Carter determines the weather isn't safe for fishing, we’ll contact you right away to reschedule or provide a full refund. We’re committed to ensuring your time with us is both safe and enjoyable, keeping things clear and simple so there are no surprises on either end.
